Fidelity was founded by transcription professionals with many years’ experience in the transcription industry.

We understand the importance of not just competitive rates but also high quality. For that reason our transcribers undergo a rigorous training process including instruction in grammar, punctuation, style, editing and word recognition.

As a busy person, you have no time to proof-read and correct transcripts that we send to you. Therefore we exert all efforts to produce quality transcripts first time, that you can rely upon.

Digital sound files can be uploaded via the UPLOAD link on this site; acceptable formats include mp3, wav, wma, wmv, mpg, dss, and many others. By arrangement, we also accept physical formats such as audio cassette, microcassette, DVD, CD, etc.

Fidelity’s rates are per minute of audio recording, and are as follows:

	72 hours		$2*
	1 week		$1.75*

 

* Please add:
- 10% if your recording is somewhat unclear, or 20% if it is very unclear.
- a further 10% if the speakers contain non-native English accents.
- a further 20% if special formatting is required.
- a further 15% if time-stamping is required.
